摘要
近年来,在高校教师中,青年教师所占比例不断增加,不少青年教师因为繁重的教学工作而对科研工作有所忽视,但是科研工作对提升教学质量、提高个人综合能力等方面又具有重要意义。高校青年教师应树立正确的科研意识和科研理念,将科研工作和教学工作有机结合,通过多方途径的努力提升自身的科研能力,最终实现增强教学效果、培养创新型人才、取得高水平科研成果的目标。
In recent years,the proportion of young teachers in colleges is increasing,and many young teachers ignore the scientific research work because of their heavy teaching work.However,scientific research has important significance and influence on improving the quality of teaching and other work.Young teachers in colleges should set up correct scientific research consciousness and scientific research idea,combine scientific research work with teaching work organically,strive to improve their own scientific research ability through various ways,and finally achieve the goal of improving teaching effect,cultivating innovative talents and making high level scientific research achievements.
