摘要
青年教师是创新人才的重要组成人员,是高校科技队伍中充满朝气的新生力量。本文以高校青年教师的发展现状以及国家自然科学基金项目申报情况为例,分析青年教师项目申报存在的问题并根据实际工作经验提出建议,力求为有志于提高科研能力及科研项目申请率的青年教师提供参考。
Young teachers are an important part of innovative talents and new blood of the university faculty.This paper,taking the present situation of young teachers in colleges and the application status of the National Natural Science Foundation of China as examples,analyzes the problems existing in the application of young teachers'projects and makes suggestions based on the actual work experience,which looks forward to providing advice and suggestions for the young teachers who are interested in improving scientific research ability and application rate.
