摘要
坚持科学发展观,能够推动新建本科院校科研管理工作的不断创新,为科研管理工作的改革指明方向,对新建本科院校科研管理工作的开展具有重要的指导意义。在实际工作中,要坚持全面协调可持续发展、坚持以科研人员为本、坚持统筹兼顾,全面实现新建本科院校人员、制度、资源等的科学化管理。
Pursuing the scientific oudook on development can advance the continuous innovation and direct the reform in research management in Newly-buih Universities. In the practical work, administrators should up- hold the concepts of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, researcher-oriented and overall consideration to fully realize scientific management of researchers, systems and resources.
