摘要
测定了聚甘油-6 二硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10 硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10二棕榈酸酯制备的乳液的粒径、皮肤水分含量、经皮水分流失TEWL。结果表明,聚甘油-6 二硬脂酸酯制备的乳液分散性较好,乳液粒径分布较小;聚甘油-10二棕榈酸酯制备的乳液在皮肤水分含量、经皮水分流失TEWL值上优于其他2组。
The particle size of the emulsions prepared with polyglycerol-10 stearate,polyglycerol-6 distearate and polyglycerol-10 dipalmitate was measured,and the content of skin moisture and the transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were also studied.The experimental results showed that,the emulsion prepared with polyglyceryl-6 distearate had better dispersibility and the particle size distribution was small;however,the emulsion prepared with polyglyceryl-10 dipalmitate was better than the other two groups in skin moisture content and TEWL value.
