卡拉胶改性三聚磷酸铝对水性环氧涂层防腐性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of carrageenan modified aluminum tripolyphosphate on anticorrosive properties of waterborne epoxy coatings

摘要 采用卡拉胶(KC)对三聚磷酸铝(ATP)进行接枝改性获得了KC-ATP填料,再将其添加到水性环氧树脂(WEP)中制备了复合防腐涂层。通过FTIR、XPS、TG、SEM对ATP改性前后的形貌、结构进行了表征。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和盐雾实验考察了复合涂层的防腐性能。结果表明,KC成功地接枝到ATP表面,改善了ATP的水溶性。复合涂层的防腐性能明显优于纯水性环氧涂层,且当KC-ATP填料含量为1.0%时(以水性环氧树脂的质量为基准,下同),涂层的耐腐蚀性能达到最佳,浸泡48 h后涂层的极化电阻Rp为8.183×10^(7)Ω·cm^(2),远高于ATP改性复合涂层和纯环氧涂层。 Carrageenan(KC)was grafted onto aluminum tripolyphosphate(ATP)to achieve modified filler(KC-ATP),and then KC-ATP was added into waterborne epoxy(WEP)to prepare anticorrosive composite coatings.The morphology and structure of ATP before and after modification were characterized by FTIR,XPS,TG and SEM.The anticorrosive properties of the composite coatings were investigated via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and salt spray test.The results revealed that KC was successfully grafted onto the surface of ATP,which improved the water solubility of ATP.The anticorrosive properties of composite coatings were obviously superior to those of neat waterborne epoxy coating,and the anticorrosive properties of composite coating were the best when the content of KC-ATP functional filler was 1.0%(based on the mass of waterborne epoxy resin,the same below).The polarization resistance Rp of the coating after being soaked for 48 h was 8.183×10^(7)Ω·cm^(2),much higher than those of ATP modified composite and pure epoxy coatings.
