摘要
在使用线结构激光测量的过程中,提取结构光条纹中心是影响测量结果的重要步骤。由于激光发生器产生的激光能量密度、激光投射面反射率不一致、外界光线干扰、相机拍摄误差等因素,条纹宽度有时会出现显著的不均匀。而在使用方向模板法提取结构光条纹中心的过程中,由于模板的大小取决于结构光条纹的宽度,上述现象直接影响条纹中心提取的准确性。对此提出了一种自适应方向模板的结构光条纹中心提取方法,进行了实验与对比,并对影响提取效果的因素进行了分析。结果表明,该方法能够很好地适应结构光条纹不均匀情况下的中心线提取。
An important step in non-contact measurement is the extraction of structured light stripe center. The width of stripes may be significantly non-uniform for several reasons, such as inconformity of laser energy density and surface reflectivity, disturbance from outside light, error generated in camera. In the conventional direction template method, the above phenomenon may affect the accuracy of extraction, because the size of template depends on the width of structure light stripe. In such cases, this paper proposed the adaptive direction template method and analysis the factors affecting extraction result. Experiment and comparison have been conducted, indicating a good result in no -uniform stripe center extraction.
