摘要
在用光切法进行位移和三维面形测量时,如何快速准确地提取光带条纹中心的位置是非常关键的问题。现从光切法原理出发,提出采用亚像素细分和变阈值质心法相结合进行光刀中心提取,提高了系统的测量精度和准确度。同时通过三角法对应关系推导出物像之间的线性关系,并用此关系式对系统标定。在对被测物体进行测量时,只需要简单地将观察量代入关系式就可以求出被测量,精确有效地描述浮雕的表面信息。
