摘要 在用光切法进行位移和三维面形测量时,如何快速准确地提取光带条纹中心的位置是非常关键的问题。现从光切法原理出发,提出采用亚像素细分和变阈值质心法相结合进行光刀中心提取,提高了系统的测量精度和准确度。同时通过三角法对应关系推导出物像之间的线性关系,并用此关系式对系统标定。在对被测物体进行测量时,只需要简单地将观察量代入关系式就可以求出被测量,精确有效地描述浮雕的表面信息。 It is a very important issue 3D measurement based light-section. method, and advance a new method to extract optical striped center quickly and accurately in In this paper, we begin from integrating the principles of the principle of light-section sub-pixel segmentation and variable threshold-centroid method, effectively improve precision and accuracy of the system. At the same time, through the triangulation relationship we get the linear relationship of the object and image, and complete the system calibration. In the measuring process, the amount of measurement can be obtained by simply giving the observation, describing of the information of the relievo surface accurately and effectively.
