摘要
石墨烯具有高导电性、高强度和对水分子、氧、氯离子等良好的阻隔性能。石墨烯基填料与防腐涂料相结合,在电网设施、船舶重防腐、海洋工程、石油化工等工业防腐领域有强大的应用潜力。本文针对石墨烯作为防腐填料所存在的优点和问题进行分析,综述了近年来石墨烯基填料在工业防腐涂料领域的研究现状,并对今后改性石墨烯基填料与水性涂料相结合的研究方向进行了展望。
Graphene has high conductivity,high strength and good barrier properties against water molecules,oxygen,chloride ions and the like. Anti-corrosion coatings combined with graphene-based fillers have strong application potential in industrial anti-corrosion fields such as power grid facilities,ship heavy-duty protection,marine engineering,and petrochemical industry. In this paper,the advantages and problems of graphene as an anticorrosion filler was analyzed. The research status of graphene-based fillers in industrial anticorrosion was reviewed. The direction of the combination of graphene-based fillers and waterborne anticorrosive coatings was prospected.
