纳米添加剂对6063铝合金微弧氧化层组织与性能的影响 被引量:24

Effects of nano-additive on microstructure and properties of micro-arc oxidation coatings on 6063 aluminum alloy

摘要 采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机等手段研究了纳米添加剂对6063铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷涂层的相组成、微观结构、显微硬度、耐磨损等性能的影响。结果表明:TiO2或Al2O3纳米粉末的添加都使得微弧氧化陶瓷涂层的表面更加致密,使得涂层的显微硬度有明显提高。另外,因为金红石型TiO2与α-Al2O3的性能有所不同,导致添加Al2O3纳米添加剂时涂层的耐磨性能明显提高,而添加TiO2纳米添加剂时涂层的耐磨性能反而有所降低。 The effects of nano-additive in electrolyte on phase composition,microstructure,microhardness and wear resistance of micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings on 6063 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of XRD,SEM,hardness and wear tests.The results show that the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings become more dense,and its microhardness increases by the addition of TiO2 and Al2O3 nano powder in electrolyte.In addition,wear resistance of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings is obviously improved by addition of Al2O3 nano-additive,but wear resistance of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings decreases due to the addition of TiO2 nano-additive.
