摘要
对铝及其合金微弧氧化技术的发展概况、成膜机理、膜层性能以及成膜的影响因素进行了概述,并对其发展前景进行了展望.
In the text,the research progress and the basic principle of the MAO technique on aluminum and its alloy were introduced,the properties and the influences of MAO films were presented as well,respectively.The prospect of MAO technique was also pointed out.
