石墨烯基自修复防腐涂层的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 表面涂覆防腐涂层是延缓基材腐蚀的有效措施,但由于外部因素和内部因素的综合作用,涂层表面难免会出现磨损、划痕和微裂纹等。涂层的微裂纹容易加速基材腐蚀,进而导致涂层的大面积失效,大大缩短涂层的保护寿命。自修复防腐涂层因能主动修复微裂纹,延长涂层的保护寿命,受到业界广泛关注。本文简要概述了二维石墨烯材料在自修复防腐涂层领域的应用,总结了外援型自修复防腐涂层和本征型自修复防腐涂层在防腐领域的优缺点,并详细介绍了各类自修复涂层的组成和自修复机理。针对当前石墨烯基自修复防腐涂料存在的问题展望了其发展方向。 Anti-corrosion coatings on the surface is an effective measure to inhibit thecorrosion of the underlying substrate, but due to the comprehensive impacts of external andinternal factors , the coatings will inevitably have many defects , such as wears , scratch , microcracks, etc. These micro-cracks are easy to accelerate the corrosion of the substrates andfurther lead to the failure of the coatings to a large area , which reduces the coatings protectivelife. Self-healing anticorrosive coatings can actively repair micro- cracks and prolong theprotective life of coatings, therefore it has been widely concerned by the researchers. In thepaper, the application of graphene materials in the field of self-healing anticorrosive coatingswas briefly reviewed. The advantages and disadv antages of extrinsic and intrinsic self-healinganticorrosive coatings were summarized respectively, and the composition and self- healingmechanism of various self-healing coatings were described in detail. Finally, the futuredevelopment of graphene-based self-healing anticorrosive coatings was prospected in view of the existing problems.
