病理学实验教学中病例教学法的导入分析

摘要 目的分析病理学实验教学中导入病例教学法的应用效果。方法以该校2014级临床医学专业的两个班级学生112名作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组56名学生采取传统教学法进行病理学实验教学,观察组56名学生导入病例教学法进行病理学实验教学,比较两组学生的理论课、实验课考核成绩,并调查两组学生对教学效果的认可度。结果观察组理论课、实验课考核成绩明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学效果的认可度由最高至最低为94.6%~85.7%,对照组学生对教学效果的认可度由最高至最低为78.6%~67.9%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病理学实验教学中导入病例教学法有助于提高教学效果及学生的综合素质。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the imported case teaching method in pathology experimental teaching.Methods Two classes of 112 clinical medicine students from our school of 2014 were taken as the survey objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.56 students in the control group used traditional teaching methods for pathology experiment teaching,and 56 students in the observation group introduced cases teaching method,to carry out experimental teaching of pathology,compare the assessment results of the two groups of students in theory and experiment courses,and investigate the recognition of the teaching effect of the two groups of students.Results The assessment scores of theory and experimental courses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group students'recognition of teaching effect was 94.6%-85.7%from the highest to the lowest,and control group students'recognition of teaching effect was 78.6%-67.9%from the highest to the lowest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of case-based teaching method in pathology experimental teaching can help improve the teaching effect and the comprehensive quality of students.
