临床医生的首要任务是完成临床工作,作为教学医院,临床课教学工作是同等重要的任务。通过实行"教学日"工作制度,不仅保证了临床课教学质量,而且促进了科研学术和医疗水平的提高。
The primary task is to complete the work of clinical doctors, as a teaching hospital, teaching of clinical courses are equally important tasks.
