摘要
目的探讨科室院感质控员团队在医院感染管理工作中的作用。方法医院重点部门、各科室推荐医护各一名作为院感质控员,与该部门科主任、护士长组成医院感染管理质控小组,参与科室感控工作。结果通过感控知识培训、感控技能考核、感控意识强化、感控工作参与等形式,科室质控员感控意识及感控知识水平有了显著提升,对科室的医院感染管理工作起到至关重要的作用。结论加强科室院感质控员团队建设有助于医院感染管理。
Objective To explore the role of the team of quality control personnel in hospitals in the management of nosocomial infections.Methods The key departments of the hospital and each department recommend one doctor and nurse each as a quality control officer of the hospital,and form a nosocomial infection management quality control team with the department director and head nurse and participate in the department's sense control work.Results Through the form of sensory control knowledge training,sensory control skills assessment,sensory control awareness enhancement,sensory control work participation,etc.,the sensory control awareness and sensory knowledge level of department quality controllers have been significantly improved,which has played a significant role in the department’s hospital infection management work.Conclusion Strengthening the team building of quality control staff in departments and hospitals is helpful to hospital infection management.
