摘要
目的分析医院感染管理中采用医护一体医院感染预防与控制模式的作用效果。方法于2020年10月—2021年9月选取柳州市工人医院的14名医护人员采用常规医院感染管理(对照组),选取2021年10月—2022年9月同一批医护人员实施医护一体医院感染预防与控制模式(研究组),对比两种管理效果。结果研究组医护人员的安全防护意识、传染上报、紧急处理情况的工作质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医护人员专业掌握水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医护一体医院感染预防与控制模式后患者的感染率为7.05%,明显低于对照组的22.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的器械消毒、医用废物、医疗物品分类、操作规范的合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院感染管理中采用医护一体医院感染预防与控制模式,能够有效提升医护人员专业水平与工作质量,降低医院感染发生率,应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of hospital infection prevention and control mode of integrated medical care in hospital infection management.Methods From October 2020 to September 2021,14 medical staff in Liuzhou Workers'Hospital were selected to adopt routine hospital infection management(control group).From October 2021 to September 2022,the same group of medical staff was selected to implement the integrated hospital infection preven⁃tion and control mode(study group),and the effects of the two managements were compared.Results The work quality of safety protection awareness,infection reporting and emergency treatment of medical staff in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional mas⁃tery level of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of patients in the study group was 7.05%,which was significantly lower than 22.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of equip⁃ment disinfection,medical waste,medical items classification and operation specification in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopt⁃ing the integrated hospital infection prevention and control model in hospital infection management can effectively im⁃prove the professional level and work quality of medical staff,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and has significant application value.
