摘要
目的探讨将钢板螺钉内固定应用于四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者治疗中的效果,分析其临床可应用价值。方法选取2016年7月至2019年10月南通大学附属启东市人民医院收治的350例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组175例。对照组患者在治疗时选择外固定支架方案,试验组患者则选择钢板螺钉内固定进行治疗,并且记录两组患者的下床活动时间、住院时间、骨折功能评分、不良反应情况发生。结果两组患者的各项康复指标有明显差异,试验组患者的下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的骨折功能评分优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后不良反应均得到了控制,试验组患者的发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的12.57%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢长管骨创伤骨折属于临床常见骨折类型,采取钢板螺钉内固定治疗对于患者的病情恢复具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long bone trauma fracture of limbs,and analyze its clinical application value.Methods From July 2016 to October 2019,350 patients with traumatic fracture of long bone of extremities in Qidong People's Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the sample size in the group was 175.and they were named as the control group and the experimental group;the control group chose the external fixation scheme,while the experimental group chose the plate screw internal fixation scheme fixed treatment,time to loss of ambulation,length of hospital stay,fracture function scores,and occurrence of adverse effects were recorded for both groups.Results The rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were significantly different.The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture function score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the two groups were controlled after treatment,and the incidence rate of the experimental group was 4.00%,lower than 12.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long bone trauma fracture of extremities is a common type of fracture in clinic.It is of positive significance to take plate and screw internal fixation for the recovery of patients'condition.
