摘要
目的分析四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者采取钢板螺钉内固定治疗的临床应用价值。方法此次选择2014年1月-2017年12月于该院接受治疗的四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者105例作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间先后分为观察组与对照组,采取闭合复位交锁髓内钉法治疗52例对照组患者,采取钢板螺钉内固定法治疗53例观察组患者,比较治疗总效果,记录并分析两组患者临床各项指标差异,计算各组患者术后出现并发症的概率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.11%)明显高于对照组(χ^2=7.24,P<0.05)。同时观察组患者手术总用时(55.49±5.27)min、住院总用时(5.14±1.03)d、骨折愈合总用时(90.48±11.05)d均明显短于对照组(χ^2=28.47、9.77、15.96,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后发生并发症的概率(5.66%)较对照组相比更低(χ^2=5.45,P<0.05)。结论四肢长管骨创伤骨折采取钢板螺钉内固定法治疗效果更佳,能够加速患者骨折处愈合,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of internal fixation with steel plate and screw in patients with long-tube trauma fracture of limbs. Methods The choice in this study,105 patients with traumatic fracture of long bone in extremities who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into observation group and control group. 52 patients in control group were treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail,and 53 patients in observation group were treated with plate and screw internal fixation. Comparing the total effect of treatment,recording and analyzing the difference of clinical indicators between the two groups,and calculating the probability of complications after operation in each group. Results The total effective rate(98.11%) of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ^2=7.24,P<0.05). Meanwhile,the total operation time(55.49±5.27) min,total length of stay(5.14±1.03) d and fracture healing time(90.48±11.05) d of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(χ^2=28.47,9.77,15.96,P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.66%) was lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.45,P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of long-tube trauma fracture of extremities with steel plate and screw internal fixation has better effect,which can accelerate the healing of fracture site of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
