摘要
目的探讨四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者运用钢板螺钉内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取苏州市吴中区甪直人民医院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的60例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,观察组采取钢板螺钉内固定治疗。观察并比较两组骨折愈合疗效、愈合时间、并发症发生情况以及生活质量。结果对照组优良率为73.33%,低于观察组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组骨折愈合时间为(141.6±13.5)d,高于观察组的(94.3±5.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为23.33%,高于观察组的6.66%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高达100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P <0.05)。在生活质量上,两组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、生理职能、情感职能等评分对比存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论采用四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者运用钢板螺钉内固定治疗,其患者骨折愈合时间短,愈合效果佳,且并发症少,还可提升患者的生活质量,因此值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plate screw internal fixation in patients with long bone fractures of extremities.Methods Sixty patients with long bone fractures of the extremities who were admitted to the Zhizhong People’s Hospital of Wuzhong District,Suzhou City from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing,and the observation group was treated with plate screw internal fixation.The effects of healing,healing time,complications and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the control group was 73.33%,which was lower than that of the observation group(93.33%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the control group was(141.6±13.5)d,which was lower than that of the observation group(94.3±5.2)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group was 23.33%,which was higher than that of the observation group(6.66%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was as high as 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,there were statistical differences in the scores of social function,physical function,physiological function,and emotional function between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with long bone fractures of the extremities are treated with plate screw internal fixation.The fracture healing time is short,the healing effect is good,and the complications are few,which can improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
