摘要
通过对抗冲共聚聚丙烯EP5010C与国内外同类产品的力学性能和收缩率的比较与分析,研究了EP5010C收缩率较大和翘曲变形的原因。结果表明:将EP5010C配方中的苯甲酸钠成核剂替换为低收缩率成核剂B,对EP5010C力学性能影响较小,明显降低了EP5010C的横向和纵向收缩率,解决了EP5010C收缩率大和易翘曲变形的问题;当成核剂B用量为0.040%(w)时,EP5010C的横向和纵向收缩率最小,各向同性指数更接近1,耐翘曲变形性能佳。
The mechanical properties and shrinkage of impact polypropylene EP5015C were compared with those of similar products in China and abroad to explore the causes of high shrinkage and warpage deformation of EP5010C.The results show that when sodium benzoate is replaced with low shrinkage nucleating agent B in EP5010C formula,the transverse and longitudinal shrinkage of EP5010C are significantly reduced,while the mechanical properties of EP5010C are unaffected,resolving the issues of shrinkage rate and warping deformation of EP5010C.The transverse and longitudinal shrinkage of EP5010C are the minimum,the isotropic index is close to 1,and the warping deformation resistance is excellent when the mass fraction of nucleating agent B is 0.040%.
