低收缩率聚丙烯结构组成分析

Analysis of the Structural Composition of Low Shrinkage Polypropylene

摘要 对具有不同收缩率的聚丙烯树脂进行了基本性能测试,并对其序列结构组成、熔融及结晶行为、二甲苯可溶物组成、相态结构等进行了分析。结果表明,与聚丙烯T30S、SP179P相比,聚丙烯PP-1、PP-2收缩率较低、密度较高、冲击强度远低于SP179P。PP-1、PP-2结构组成相似,均由乙烯、丙烯及丁烯组成,乙烯含量较高,结构中均含有较多的长乙烯链段,丁烯的含量明显高于LLDPE DFDA 7042。与PP-0(SP179P)相比,PP-1、PP-2中长丙烯链段部分的等规度更高。PP-1、PP-2中的第二组分熔融温度均为124.6℃、结晶温度分别为112.0和113.7℃,与抗冲共聚聚丙烯中的乙丙橡胶相和LLDPE DFDA 7042的熔融温度、结晶温度均不同。PP-1、PP-2可溶物部分与不溶物部分的特性黏数相似,其可溶物部分的特性黏数明显低于SP179P中可溶物的特性黏数,分散相尺寸小且呈现线形取向现象。 Basic performance tests were conducted on polypropylene resins with different shrinkage rates,and their sequence structure composition,melting and crystallization behavior,xylene soluble material composition,and phase structure were analyzed.The results showed that compared with polypropylene T30S and SP179P,polypropylene PP-1 and PP-2 had lower shrinkage rate,higher density,and much lower impact strength than SP179P.PP-1 and PP-2 had similar structural compositions,both composed of ethylene,propylene,and butene.The ethylene content was relatively high,and the structure contains、a large number of long ethylene segments.The butene content was significantly higher than that of LLDPE DFDA 7042.Compared with PP-0(SP179P),PP-1 and PP-2 had higher isotacticity in the long propylene segment.The melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the second component in PP-1 and PP-2 were both 124.6,112.0 and 113.7℃,respectively,which were different from the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the ethylene propylene rubber phase and LLDPE DAFA 7042 in impact copolymer polypropylene.The intrinsic viscosity of the soluble and insoluble parts of PP-1 and PP-2 was similar,and the intrinsic viscosity of the soluble part was significantly lower than that of the soluble part in SP179P.The dispersed phase size was small and exhibits linear orientation.
