摘要
针对原材料的选择及填充矿物对聚丙烯(PP)改性料抗冲击性能及成型收缩率的影响,以PP/热塑性弹性体(POE)/聚乙烯(PE)共混体系为基础,研制了耐寒耐冲击童车塑料轮毂专用改性PP。结果表明,选择合适的共聚PP及均聚PP,并采用滑石粉和碳酸钙联用的方法,可以进一步提高共混材料的抗冲击性能并能够降低成型收缩率。
In allusion to the influences of the choosing the raw materials and mineral filled to the modification of PP shrinkage and impact resistance,on the basis of the PP/POE/PE blend system, special polypropylene with hardy impact resistance performance for children’s vehicle plastic hub was developed. The results showed that choosing appropriate copolymerization PP and homopolymerization PP, and adding talcum powder and calcium carbonate together, could further improve the mixed material of shock resistance and reduce molding shrinkage.
