摘要
准确分析和预测毕业生就业信心指数对于国家就业政策的制定、高校就业指导工作的开展具有重要意义.本文选取安徽省十所高校应届毕业生为样本,从就业信心、学校教育、外在环境和疫情影响四个方面建立就业信心指数体系并计算相应衡量指标权重,由此计算大学生就业信心指数并进行比较分析.计算结果显示,安徽省应届毕业生的就业信心指数为-1.91%,总体就业信心较低.其中应届毕业男生就业信心指数高于女生,本省就业信心高于外省,专业为理工类和经济类就业信心高于文法类、管理类.结合调查和数据分析,从学校、社会、学生自身三个维度提出切实可行的建议,力图为高校改进就业指导工作和制定人才培养方案提供科学依据,提高大学生就业信心.
Accurate analysis and prediction of graduate employment confidence index is of great significance to the formulation of national employment policy and the development of employment guidance in colleges and universities.This paper selects the graduates of ten colleges and universities in Anhui province as the sample,establishes the Employment Confidence Index System from four aspects of employment confidence,school education,external environment and the impact of epidemic situation,calculates the weight of the index,and calculates the Employment Confidence Index of college students and makes comparative analysis.The results show that the Employment Confidence Index of Anhui province graduates is-1.91%,and the overall employment confidence is low.Among them,the Employment Confidence Index of the graduating boys is higher than that of the girls,the employment confidence of the province is higher than that of other provinces,and the employment confidence of the majors of science and engineering and economics is higher than that of grammar and&management.Combined with the survey of Employment Confidence and data analysis structure,this paper puts forward practical suggestions from three dimensions of school,society and students themselves,trying to provide scientific basis and guidance for colleges and universities to formulate talent training programs and deal with employment problems,so as to improve college students'employment confidence.
