摘要
利用北京大学"2016年度首都高校学生发展状况监测调查(硕士生项目)"调查数据,对本科生科研训练对研究生类型选择的影响以及不同学科之间存在的差异进行实证分析。研究发现:(1)本科阶段的科研训练对创新人才培养具有一定的积极推动作用,对于理科和社会科学来说,本科有科研参与经历的学生更倾向选择学术型硕士;(2)一定量的时间投入是理科生在本科期间形成学术志趣并发展成职业志趣的基础;(3)提供多元化的教学方法以及多样性的科研参与形式是研究型大学促进大学生学术兴趣和志趣形成的有效途径。
Based on the survey data from the Graduate School of Education at Peking University, graduate students and the differences between different include: firstly, the research experiences in the unde Beijing college student development 2016 done by the the effect of Undergraduate Research on the choice of disciplines are analyzed. The main findings of this article rgraduate stage has positive effect on the cultivation of innovative talents, for science and social sciences, undergraduate students who have participated in research are more likely to choose an academic master. Secondly, a certain amount of time is the foundation of science students developing academic interests during undergraduate occupation. Thirdly, providing diversify teaching methods and research opportunities is effective ways to promote college students' academic interest and career path in research universities.
