摘要
铁是仔猪生长发育必不可少的微量元素之一。铁缺乏导致仔猪贫血是影响仔猪生长发育的重要因素,而铁过载也会通过芬顿反应造成仔猪氧化应激。寻找能够干预铁缺乏与铁过载损伤的高效抗氧化剂已经成为了新兴的研究热点。多酚类化合物作为天然植物来源抗氧化剂具有高抗氧化活性、金属螯合能力、消炎抑菌功能,可在畜禽铁缺乏与铁过载方面起到较好的干预效果。因此,本文以多酚在仔猪铁缺乏与铁过载方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为多酚在畜禽微量元素代谢紊乱干预提供借鉴。
Iron is one of the essential trace elements for piglet growth and development.Iron deficiency leading to piglet anemia is an important factor affecting piglet growth and development,and iron overload can also cause piglet oxidative stress through Fenton reaction.Finding highly effective antioxidants that can interfere with iron deficiency and iron overload damage has become a rising hot research topic.As natural plant-derived antioxidants,polyphenolic compounds have high antioxidant activity,metal chelating ability,anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic functions,and can play a good intervention effect in the iron deficiency and overload of livestock and poultry.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of polyphenols in pigs with iron deficiency and iron overload,and aims to provide a reference for the intervention of polyphenols in the disturbance of trace element metabolism in livestock and poultry.
