摘要
饲用天然植物活性物质是指植物饲料中天然存在的对畜禽具有生理促进作用、能够维持机体免疫和氧化平衡等特殊营养调控或保健功能的一类物质,为我国后抗生素时代畜禽健康养殖提供了重要技术策略。文章系统总结了指纹图谱技术、植物代谢组学、网络药理学以及定量构效关系预测模型等天然植物活性物质构效关系研究方法,以此为基础探索饲用天然植物活性物质构效关系研究的未来发展趋势,以期为天然植物活性成分在畜禽养殖中的精准高效利用提供技术支撑。
Natural plant active substances for feed⁃ing refer to a class of substances naturally existed in plant feed with special nutritional regulation or health care functions,such as physiological promo⁃tion effect on livestock and poultry,and ability to maintain the body's immune and oxidative bal⁃ance.They provide an important technical strate⁃gy for the healthy breeding of livestock and poultry in the post-antibiotic era in China.In this paper,the structure-activity relationship research methods of natural plant active substances such as fingerprint technology,plant metabolomics,network pharmacol⁃ogy and quantitative SAR prediction model were systematically summarized,so as to explore the future development trend of SAR research on natural plant active substances for feeding purposes and provide technical support for the accurate and efficient utilization of natural plant active ingredients in livestock and poultry breeding.
