摘要
茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,在食品、油脂、保健、医药、日化、精细化工等领域都有广泛的应用。对茶多酚提取方法及应用机理作一综述,以亟增加畜牧业从业人员对茶多酚的认识,扩大茶多酚在养殖业中的应用程度。
Tea polyphenol, active ingredient in the tea,has been widely used in foods, fats, medicine and chemical industry. The component, property, the methods of extraction, application prospect in livestock production of tea polyphenols are introduced respectively in the paper.
