摘要 大蒜素以其作用广泛,效果显著,无残留、无抗药性、无致变致畸致癌性、成本低等特点备受养殖行业的青睐。对大蒜素的化学成分和应用机理进行探讨,有助于充分发挥其在畜禽养殖中的应用。 Garlicin has been fond of for its so many functions, such as no residue,no drug-resistant,no difference change ,no cancer-causing ,lower cost and so on. In the paper, it is described the chemistry composition and applied mechanism of garlicin and the research of garlicin in the livestock farming.
