摘要
当前,中国企业正处于战略转型的关键时期,企业生态化转型是对现代企业提出的新要求。中国企业要想完成生态化转型,就必须在经营理念上树立整体效益观、明确长远目标、坚持以人为本和可持续发展。要促进企业持续加大在生态转型中的科研投入,并相应地降低企业管理成本,积极构建外部生态补偿机制,通过各主体共同努力,完成中国企业生态化转型。
At present,the Chinese enterprises are in a critical period of strategic transformation,and ecological transformation is a new requirement for modern enterprises.If the Chinese enterprises want to complete the ecological transformation,they must establish the concept of overall benefit,clarify the long-term goal,and adhere to people-oriented and sustainable development.The government needs to prompt enterprises to constantly increase scientific research investment in the ecological transformation,reduce their management costs accordingly,actively build an external ecological compensation mechanism,and help them complete the ecological transformation through the joint efforts of all parties concerned.
