摘要
企业生态化转型是经济发展方式转型的一个重要方面,但对企业生态化问题较为系统的调查与分析并不多见。基于豫、鲁、津90家工业企业的问卷调查,对企业生态化的特点进行分析,利用Probit-Ordered Probit模型建立企业生态化的影响因素模型,分别对是否进行企业生态化和企业生态化程度的影响因素进行计量经济分析。结果表明,企业研发经费比重、员工总数与企业生态化程度正相关;被调查者对企业生态化转型的认知、能源消费类型、环保技术或设备的使用等因素与企业生态化程度负相关;而企业文化中有无生态的内容、企业专利数等对企业生态化程度的影响则不显著。企业生态化转型应从构建生态化企业文化、优化能源结构、推进产学研一体化、建立生态化管理体系四个方面来实现。
The transformation of enterprise ecologicalization is an important aspect of the transformation of economic development mode. However,the investigation and analysis of the enterprise ecologicalization problems are rare. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of 90 industrial enterprises in Henan,Shandong and Tianjin,analyzing the characteristics of enterprise ecologicalization, using Probit-Ordered probit model to establish the model of the influence factors of enterprise ecologicalization, whether to conduct enterprise ecologicalization, the influence factors of the degree of enterprise ecologicalization are carried out econometric analysis separately. The results show that the degree of enterprise ecologicalization is significantly positive correlated to the proportion of RD expenditure and the total number of employees; the degree of enterprise ecology is significantly negative correlated to the respondents＇ cognition of enterprise ecologicalization transformation,types of energy consumption and the use of environmental protection technology or equipment; enterprise culture with or without ecological content and number of enterprise patents have no influence on it. There are four ways to promote enterprise＇s ecologicalization transformation, including constructing the ecological enterprise culture, optimizing the energy structure,promoting the integration of production and research,and establishing the ecological management system.
