摘要
我国已进入老龄化社会,老年人照护问题一直是人们关注的热点,但养老机构专业照护人员数量不足、儿女外出工作繁忙等多种因素致使老人的照护问题不能有效解决。人工智能技术的飞速发展,使应用智能机器人照护老人为老年健康管理提供了新的契机。本文主要探讨开展人工智能机器人照护老人的实施背景、分析影响因素及带来的思考和对策。本文认为,加强人工智能机器人照护老人的推广度、提升产品质量与隐私安全性、站在理性角度考虑该模式的伦理道德问题以及政府出台相关政策是其有效实施的重要途径,为机器人智能照护老年人的顺利应用提供一定思路。
China has entered an aging society.Accordingly the care of the elderly has always been the focus of people’s attention.However,the elderly care problem can not be effectively solved due to various factors such as the lack of professional care personnel in pension institutions,children being busy working outside and so on.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,applying intelligent robots to care for the elderly provides a new opportunity for health management of the elderly.This paper mainly discusses the implementation background for artificial intelligence robots to care for the elderly,analyzes the influencing factors and brings about some thinking and countermeasures.This paper argues that certain effective implementation ways involve strengthening the promotion of artificial intelligence robots to care for the elderly,improving product quality and privacy security,rationally considering the ethical and moral issues of the new model and issuing relevant policies by government of different levels.The discussion in the paper aims to provide some ideas for its successful application.
