摘要
作为一个从计划经济向市场经济转型的发展中国家,我国人口老龄化给整个社会的老年护理带来了很大的压力。总结现有老年人护理模式,提出一种新型老年人护理模式,即社区老年公寓模式。这种模式综合了以家庭为中心的护理模式和老年公寓模式的优点,既方便,又减轻了老年人子女的负担,还解决了医疗服务人员配备不全的问题。
As a developing country from planned economy to market economy,the aging of population brings great challenge to elderly care in the whole society in China. This paper summarizes the current modes of elderly care and put forwards a new mode of community - based elderly care,that is community nursing home mode. It combines the strength of family -based community nursing mode and nursing home mode,which not only make the elderly feel convenient,but also can alleviate family burden and resolve the problem of insufficiency of medical service and equipments.
