摘要
目的 研究家庭护理干预对社区癌症患者的影响 ,探讨具有本地特色的城市社区癌症患者家庭护理干预模式的运作机制。方法 在基线调查的基础上 ,将自愿加入的社区癌症患者按随机抽样分为实验组和对照组 ,样本各 12 0例 ,对实验组进行家庭护理干预 ,对照组为传统家庭疗养 ,不施加干预。结果 实验组在生活质量、社会支持水平、心理功能、自护能力、遵医行为等方面有明显提高和改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时可有效降低医疗费用。结论 城市社区癌症患者家庭护理干预模式切实可行 。
Objective\ Research the influence about community cancer gets after family nursing interfere, explore organizational management mold and functional systems of family nursing service available for local committee. Methods Basing on the basic survey draw samples with the machine in community cancer gets voluntarily, 120 cases of experiment group would be family nursing intervention, 120 cases of control group would be traditional family recuperate. Results The community family nursing interference does better than control group on life quantity ,society support ,mental state ability .oneself nursing ability obey cures the behavior (P<0.01).reduce medical treatment expenses validity. Conclusion Family nursing interference would is worth carrying on. It is effective for cancer gets to improve community nursing service.
