摘要
针对儿科医师转岗培训存在时间短、任务重,以及学员层次水平不一的问题,通过师资团队建设、云课堂资源建设与应用、个性化教与学和评价考核等,探索云课堂在儿科医师转岗培训中的应用,提高儿科医师转岗培训效果。经调查,儿科医师转岗培训线上线下混合式教学新模式,可提高学员的学习效率,为不同学员提供系统化、个性化学习,亦可用于转岗培训后平时的学习。云课堂在儿科医师转岗培训中的应用,为信息时代儿科医师转岗培训提供了新的思路和方法。
Aiming at the problems of heavy tasks in short time and different levels of stu-dents in the paediatrician job-transfer training,through the construction of team of teachers,the construction and application of cloud classroom resources,personalized teaching,learning and eval-uation and so on,the application of cloud classroom in the paediatrician job-transfer training was explored to improve the training effect.The survey revealed that the new online and offline blen-ded teaching and learning mode of paediatrician job-transfer training could improve the learning efficiency of students,provide systematic and personalized learning for different students,and could also be used for the usual learning after job-transfer training.The application of cloud class-room provides new ideas and methods for the paediatrician job-transfer training in the information era.
