摘要
国家卫生与计划生育委员会为缓解儿科医师短缺,提高儿科医疗服务质量,推行了儿科转岗医师培训计划。临床教学查房是关系培训质量的关键环节。在分析了儿科转岗医师培训的特点后,提出了临床教学查房的独特内涵和实施方式,以期引起有关部门及同行的关注和思考。
In order to alleviate the shortage of pediatrician and improve the quality of pediatric medical services, the National Health and Family Planning Commission has implemented a "job-transfer-to-pediatrics"training program. Clinical teaching ward-round is the key link in the quality of relationship training.After analyzing the characteristics of "job-transfer-to-pediatrics"training program,this study puts forward the unique connotation and implementation ways of clinical teaching ward-round,with a view to attracting the attention and thinking of relevant departments and colleagues.
