摘要
目的评价提高带教环节对儿科转岗医师的定位是否能够提高培训效果。方法向带教老师宣讲儿科转岗医师工作基础等信息使其对转岗医师有精确定位;2018年调整教学重视临床工作融入,优化教学方案;对比改革前后2年转岗医师结业考核成绩。结果2017年组共47名学员,男:女=16:31,年龄(35.28±6.78)岁,工作年限(12.68±7.27)年;2018年组共42名学员,男:女=13:29,(35.86±6.06)岁,工作年限(13.24±6.63)年。两组年龄(t=0.180,P=0.673),职称(χ^2=2.262,P=0.136),工作年限(t=0.142,P=0.708)差异均无统计学意义。2017年和2018年结业成绩分别为(73.1±7.3)分和(75.8±4.4)分,差异有统计学意义。结论带教环节精准定位儿科转岗医师工作基础、就业意向,融教学于临床实践针对性地培训能有效提高儿科转岗医师培训效果。
Objective To evaluate whether improving the orientation of paediatrician in teaching can improve the effect of training.Methods To teach the teachers about the basis of paediatrician’s work and so on,so that they can accurately locate the transferred physician,adjust the teaching in2018,attach importance to the clinical practice and optimize the teaching plan,and compare the results of the two years before and after the reform in the assessment of the turnover of the transferred physician.Results There were 47 trainees in 2017 group,male:female=16:31,age(35.28±6.78)years,working years(12.68±7.27)years;There were 42 trainees in 2018 group,male:female=13:29,(35.86±6.06)years old,working years were(13.24±6.63)years.The two groups were of age(t=0.180,P=0.673),professional title(χ^2=2.262,P=0.136)and working years(t=0.142,P=0.708).The results of 2017 and 2018 were(73.1±7.3)points and(75.8±4.4)points,respectively.Conclusion The training effect of paediatric transferred physician can be effectively improved by accurately locating the work basis,employment intention and integrating teaching into clinical practice.
