摘要
为确保22051工作面过陷落柱期间正常回采,根据工作面地质资料及现场工作面煤壁片帮、顶板破碎、煤矸冒落等情况,提出对工作面煤体和陷落柱周围破碎煤岩进行超前注浆加固,提高其稳定性和支护强度。通过现场应用效果分析可知:采取注浆加固措施后,工作面回采平均日推进度为3.5 m/d,回采期间未发生顶板冒落和煤壁大面积片帮等现象。
In order to ensure the normal mining during the period of the 22051 working face over-collapse column,according to the geological data of the working face and the situation of coal wall side,roof broken,coal gangue falling and so on,the advance grouting reinforcement of coal body and broken coal rock around the caving column is proposed to improve its stability and support strength.Through the analysis of the field application effect,it can be seen that:after the grouting reinforcement measures are taken,the average daily mining progress of the working face is 3.5m/d,and there is no roof caving and large-area rib spalling during the mining period.
