摘要
为了解决回采工作面过陷落柱期间煤壁片帮、顶板冒顶和顶板淋水的问题,以高河能源W4301工作面切眼Xw15陷落柱为例,结合三维地震和钻探勘探陷落柱范围,进行了陷落柱注浆堵水方案设计,并确定了注浆加固工艺参数。注浆堵水加固后,工作面未出现片帮、冒顶和顶板淋水现象,实现了工作面安全开采。
In order to solve the problems of coal wall spalling,roof fall and roof water pouring during the mining face passing through the collapse column,taking the Xw15 collapse column in the cut of W4301 working face of Gaohe Energy as an example,combined with 3D seismic and drilling exploration of subsided column range,the water plugging scheme design of subsided column grouting was carried out,and the grouting reinforcement process parameters were determined.After grouting and water plugging reinforcement,there is no spalling,roof fall and roof drenching phenomenon in the working face,which realizes the safe mining of the working face.
