摘要
围岩冒落是地下工程施工的常见现象,对工程施工安全和施工速度带来严重影响。以某海底基岩矿床开采矿山-200 m中段贯通工程发生的围岩冒落为例,介绍了冒落岩体中工程地质环境再造与巷道施工技术。根据开挖空间周围岩体原岩应力状态的变化机理,提出了巷道通过松散破碎带时的永久支护范围计算公式。工程实践表明,对冒落体表面进行喷射混凝土封闭,然后进行注浆加固,实施工程地质环境再造术,能够有效保证巷道施工安全,解决围岩冒落条件下的地下工程施工问题,巷道永久支护结束后的后注浆工艺,能够有效改善巷道围岩的受力状态。
The surrounding rock falling is a common phenomenon occurred in the underground engineering construction and would cause serious effects to the engineering construction safety and construction speed.Based on the surrounding rock falling occurred in a-200 m middle section linkage engineering of the mining mine with the sea bottom base rock ore deposit as a case,the paper introduced the engineering geological environment reconstruction and the mine roadway construction technology in the falling rock mass.According to the variation mechanism of the in-situ stress state in the surrounding rock of the excavation space,the paper provided the calculation formula of the permanent support scope when the mine roadway passed through the loose and broken zone.The engineering practices showed that the falling mass surface should be closed with the shotcrete and then the grouting reinforcement should be conducted and the reconstruction was conducted on the engineering geological environment,thus the construction safety of the mine roadway would be effectively ensured and the underground engineering construction problem under the falling condition of the surrounding rock could be solved.The post grouting technique after the permanent support completed in the mine roadway could effectively improve the stress state of the surrounding rock along in the mine roadway.
