摘要
目的探究优质护理模式应用于肾输尿管结石患者围手术期护理中的效果。方法本次试验对象全部选自我院2017年4月至2019年5月收治的120例肾输尿管结石患者,按照不同的护理方案分成试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组接受一般护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展围手术期优质护理。分析对比两组患者并发症发生率、住院时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、护理满意度评分。结果试验组并发症发生率、住院时间、VAS评分、SAS评分、护理满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式应用于肾输尿管结石患者围手术期护理中的效果确切,有利于患者及早恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with renal and ureteral calculi.Methods All subjects in this trial were selected from 120 patients with renal ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019.They were divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to different nursing plans.The control group received general nursing,and the experimental group carried out high-quality perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group.Analyze and compare the incidence of complications,hospitalization time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and nursing satisfaction score between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications,hospitalization time,VAS score,SAS score and nursing satisfaction score between the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing mode applied in perioperative nursing of patients with renal and ureteral calculi is exact,which is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
