摘要
目的探索输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术患者实施优质护理干预的临床价值。方法该研究方便选择该院2015年10月—2019年10月收治的60例输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方式将患者分为两组,对照组30例患者,选择常规护理干预方式,观察组30例患者,选择优质护理干预,观察两组患者的临床护理质量。结果护理后观察组患者SAS评分(39.68±3.10)分、SDS评分(40.45±4.20)分明显其低于对照组(53.40±3.23)分、(51.65±4.10)分,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=10.241、10.101,P<0.05)。观察组患者症状消失时间(2.24±3.56)d与住院时间均(3.89±2.1)d少于对照组(5.52±3.15)d、(7.24±2.2)d,观察组患者不良反应率3.33%低于16.67%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=10.245、10.324,χ^2=10.452,P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率96.67%高于对照组满意率76.67%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.607,P<0.05)。结论对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术患者实施优质护理干预,可以有效的降低不良反应发生,提升患者恢复速度,降低住院时间,帮助患者早日康复,具有一定临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy in the implementation of high-quality nursing interventions.Methods In this study,60 patients with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy who were treated in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group was 30 patients,with conventional nursing intervention mode,30 patients in the observation group were selected,and high-quality nursing intervention was selected to observe the clinical nursing quality of the two groups of patients.Results The SAS score(39.68±3.10)points and SDS score(40.45±4.20)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at(53.40±3.23)points and(51.65±4.10)points after the nursing.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significantly different(t=10.241,10.101,P<0.05).The duration of disappearance of symptoms in the observation group(2.24±3.56)d and the length of hospital stay(3.89±2.1)d were less than those in the control group(5.52±3.15)d and(7.24±2.2)d.The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 3.33%lower than 16.67%.The data were statistically significant(t=10.245,10.324,χ^2=10.452,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group of 76.67%.There was statistically significant difference in data between the two groups(χ^2=7.607,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing interventions for holmium laser lithotripsy patients under ureteroscopy can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the recovery speed of patients,reduce the length of hospitalization,and help patients recover sooner,which has high clinical promotion value.
