摘要
高危上尿路尿路上皮癌(upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma,UTUC)的治疗一直是泌尿外科的研究热点,目前对于其治疗方式仍以外科治疗为主,随着微创外科的发展,其各种手术方式不断涌现,但仍处于不断改良和创新的阶段,本文就高危上尿路尿路上皮癌的外科治疗进展进行综述。
The treatment of high risk urothelial carcinoma(UTUC)has always been a hot research topic in urology.At present,surgical treatment is still the main approach.With the development of minimally invasive surgery,various surgical methods continue to emerge,but still need to be improved and innovated.This article reviews the surgical treatment of high-risk upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma.
