摘要
为观察槐榆炭方保留灌肠联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将溃疡性结肠炎患者100例分为观察组55例和对照组45例。对照组患者采用口服5-氨基水杨酸肠溶片治疗,观察组患者采用槐榆炭方保留灌肠联合口服5-氨基水杨酸肠溶片治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、Mayo评分及血清炎症因子水平。结果显示,观察组患者的总有效率为94.55%,对照组为77.78%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患者Mayo评分、IL-8、IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用槐榆炭方保留灌肠联合5-氨基水杨酸肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎有利于改善患者临床症状,减轻患者炎症反应,疗效显著。
This study was to observe the effect of Western medicine combined with Huaiyu Tan formula(Formula)for retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),divided 100 UC patients into observation group(55 cases,received therapy of Western medicine combined with Formula)and control group[45 cases,orally administered 5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA)enteric-coated tablets];then,compared both groups’ effect,Mayo score ratings,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors.As results,in total effective rate(94.55%vs 77.78%),and in Mayo score ratings,and the levels of IL-8,IL-6,as well TNF-αobservation group respectively and significantly higher,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that Formula for retention enema plus orally administering 5-ASA enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of UC are beneficial to improve patients’ clinical symptoms,and to reduce their inflammatory response,as well as with significant effect.
