介绍了医院基建管理现状以及建设管理代理制的定义,以重庆医科大学附属儿童医院为例,从建设管理代理制和代建制的区别入手,阐述了该院对建设管理代理单位的管理实践,并总结了建设管理代理制的优点。
It introduces the current status of hospital infrastructure management and the definition of the construction management agency system.Taking the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University as an example,starting with the difference between the construction management agency system and the agent construction system,it explains the hospital management practice of the construction management agency unit,and summarizes the advantages of the construction management agency system.
