摘要
针对医院建设工程项目管理的特点,如普遍性、目的性、创新性等进行科学分析,简要介绍了加强医院工程项目管理的现实意义,提出提升医院建设工程项目管理质量的重要措施,可保证医院建设工程的社会价值得到更好体现,旨在给相关工作人员提供有效借鉴。
