摘要
本文从医院基建项目的特点入手,分阶段阐述了医院基建项目全过程质量控制中的问题,指出目前的医院基建项目在设计、招标、施工、保修4个阶段都存在多种典型质量控制问题,并对医院基建项目的最终质量产生影响。本文最后针对上述问题提出了医院基建项目全过程质量控制的要点及措施,包括在设计阶段加强综合考虑与分析、在招标阶段遵循公正公开公平的原则、在施工阶段严格做好施工现场管理、在保修阶段规范落实保修措施,旨在通过上述措施促进医院基建项目的顺利开展,全面提升医院基建项目质量,也能为今后医院基建项目工程管理积累经验。
This article starts from the characteristics of hospital infrastructure projects and explains the problems in the whole-process quality control of hospital infrastructure projects in stages.It is pointed out that there are many typical quality control problems in the current hospital infrastructure projects in the four stages of design,bidding,construction and warranty,which will have an impact on the final quality of the hospital infrastructure projects.Finally,this article puts forward the key points and measures for the whole-process quality control of hospital infrastructure projects in response to the above problems,including strengthening comprehensive consideration and analysis during the design stage,following the principles of fairness,openness and fairness during the bidding stage,strictly managing the construction site during the construction stage,and standardizing the implementation of warranty measures during the warranty stage.The above measures are aimed at promoting the smooth development of hospital infrastructure projects,comprehensively improving the quality of hospital infrastructure projects,and accumulating experience for future hospital infrastructure project management.
