摘要
2020年由新型冠状病毒引发的肺炎疫情对人类健康造成极大的威胁。儿童属于疫情的易感人群,不少疑似和已确诊新冠肺炎的儿童都被采取了严格的隔离管控措施。疫情期间的隔离经历很容易引发儿童的负面情绪体验,而这种负性情绪积累会进一步造成儿童的心理创伤。基于以往有关住院隔离儿童情绪体验的研究,总结出新冠肺炎疫情隔离期间儿童可能出现的恐惧、焦虑、抑郁等情绪将严重威胁儿童的身心健康。儿科病房需要对隔离儿童的医疗环境进行个性化调整,医护人员需要密切关注儿童的日常行为表现,评估儿童的心理状态,提供共性化的心理护理服务以及个性化的危机干预措施,从而帮助儿童正确应对疫情隔离经历,舒缓负性情绪,促进儿童心理健康成长。
The pneumonia epidemic caused by novel coronavirus posed a great threat to human health in 2020.Children are the most vulnerable groups,and many children with suspected and confirmed COVID-19 were under strict quarantine control.The insolation experiences can easily trigger children’s negative emotional experiences during the epidemic,and the accumulation of negative emotions will further cause children’s psychological trauma.Based on previous research on the emotional experience of children in hospital isolation,this paper concluded that children with COVID-19 isolation period may experience emotions such as fear,anxiety,and depression,which will seriously threaten their physical and mental health.Pediatric wards need to make personalized adjustments to the medical environment in which children are isolated.Medical staff need to pay close attention to children’s daily behaviors,evaluate children’s psychological status,provide common psychological care services and personalized crisis interventions to help children correct cope with the epidemic isolation experience,which could soothe children’s negative emotions and promote their mental health.
