摘要
研究了健康体检护理工作中采用人性化服务的应用价值。选取2021年1月—12月廊坊爱德堡医院收诊的100例体检患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采取个性化服务护理模式,对于护理价值进行研究。管理前,对两组体检者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后,观察组体检者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分分别为(24.56±2.01)分、(27.14±2.46)分,均低于对照组体检者(37.25±4.81)分、(40.01±5.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化服务在健康体检护理中运用能够提高护理满意度,改善护理质量,患者依从度比较高,提高了体检工作效率,体检结果信任度高,具有推广价值。
To study the application value of humanistic service in health examination nursing.100 physical examination patients admitted by Aidebao Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group took conventional nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group took personalized service nursing mode,so as to study the nursing value.Before management,the anxiety scores and depression scores of the physical examiners in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After management,the anxiety scores and depression scores of the physical examiners in the observation group were(24.56±2.01)and(27.14±2.46)respectively,which were lower than those of the physical examiners in the control group(37.25±4.81)and(40.01±5.03),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of humanized service in health examination nursing can improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.The patient’s compliance is relatively high,the physical examination effciency is relatively high,the physical examination time is short,and the physical examination results are highly trusted,which has the promotion value.
