摘要
为探索新冠肺炎疫情背景下围产期产妇照护需求和体验,采用质性研究中现象学方法,通过目的抽样,对产妇进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果显示新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下产妇照护需求主要包括3个维度:全方位信息需求、多维度护理需求及人文关怀需求。在特殊情境下,产妇这类特殊群体存在多重照护需求,护理人员应采取精细化、个性化、充满人文关怀的照护措施,提升产妇分娩体验,确保母婴安全。
To explore the care needs and experience of perinatal parturient women under the COVID-19 epidemic,the semi-structured interview was conducted with parturient women through the purpose sampling by phenomenological research method in the qualitative study,and the data was analyzed by Colaizzi analysis to extract the themes.The result showed that the care needs of parturient women under the COVID-19 epidemic mainly included 3 dimensions:omnidirectional information needs,multi-dimensional nursing needs and humanistic care needs.In the special situation of the epidemic,there were multiple care needs of such special groups of parturient women.Nurses should take meticulous,personalized and humanistic care measures to improve the delivery experience of parturient women and ensure the safety of maternities and infants.
