深水海管铺设张紧器液压系统设计研究

摘要 在全面分析深水铺管船张紧器的工作原理和整体结构的基础上,对3 000 m深水铺管船的重要设备张紧器在不同工况下的工作负载进行了详细分析,进而完成了适应于大水深恒张力控制张紧器的整体结构设计,并针对不同工况下张紧器液压系统的主要技术参数进行了敏感性分析和计算选择,同时完成了液压系统回路设计,拟定了张紧器液压系统总体原理图,为3 000 m深水铺管张紧器国产化详细设计奠定了坚实的基础。 Based on the analysis of the working principle and overall structure of the tensioner of the deepwater pipe-laying vessel,the working load of the important equipment tensioner of 3000 m deepwater pipe-laying vessel under different working conditions is analyzed,and then the overall structure design of the tensioner suitable for constant tension control at large water depth is completed.The sensitivity analysis and calculation selection of the main technical parameters of the tensioner hydraulic system under different working conditions are carried out.At the same time,the circuit design of the hydraulic system is completed,and the overall schematic diagram of the tensioner hydraulic system is drawn up,which lays a solid foundation for the localized design of 3000 m deepwater pipe-laying tensioner.
