摘要
海底管道铺设索具主要用于海管铺设作业和小型结构物吊装作业。基于DNV GL规范,总结出一套海底管道铺设索具设计方法,该方法主要介绍了索具受力分析方法以及安全系数计算方法。该索具设计方法在南海某深水海管铺设项目得到成功应用。应用结果表明了该索具设计方法的可靠性,对于其他海管铺设项目具有一定的指导意义。
Subsea pipeline laying rigging is used for pipelay and small structure lifting.A rigging design method is summarized based on DNV GL rules.This method mainly introduces the analysis of sling load and the calculation of safety factor.This rigging design method is successfully applied in a deepwater pipeline laying project in the South China Sea.The application result shows that this rigging design method is reliable and it is helpful for other subsea pipeline laying projects.
